Farscape

In order to prove his theory, John Crichton, scientist and astronaut, makes a very dangerous experimental flight. He will use the terrestrial attraction as accelerator making rebound his shuttle, Farscape, at a speed ever reached... Farscape engages well but strikes a magnetic field. When he recovers from his emotions, he understands that he left our galaxy, and it is only one beginning... he awakes right in the middle of a stellar battle: prisoners stole a prison vessel, Moya, and are continued by a military organization, the Peacemakers. His vessel is attracted by an attraction on board Moya and it will come to assistance of the fugitive ones. He becomes even fugitive by involuntarily killing a member of the organization to him, which was not other than the brother of the Crais captain, a high person in charge for the Peacemakers. Continued unceasingly, lost in space, John and his new friends will do everything to find their respective worlds and to escape the Peacemakers.

John Crichton

Large scientist, John Crichton always remained in the shade of his father, a famous astronaut. It is him which conceived and carried out the Farscape project. Ambitious, he is found captive of its invention and mingled with a conflict which takes place to billion kilometers. Disconcerted by his voyage in space, he will become the leader of a small group of extraterrestrial. Officer Aeryn Sun

Initially captive of the escaped prisoners, charming the fighter pilot Aeryn Sun is member of the Peacemakers. Judged like "contaminated" by her superiors in contact with fugitive, she is seen obliged to flee with John and the others. Tormented by this disgrace, Aeryn is warlike, which prefers to act that to reflect. In contact with John, she discovers new emotions like the respect, the friendship or the compassion.

General Ka d' Argo

Wrongfully imprisoned for the murder of his wife by the Peacemakers, the General Ka d' Argo swore the loss of the latter but also to find his son. Pa' U Zotoh Zhaan

Rygel XVI

The Pilot (Moya)

Creature which amalgamated with the vessel, the pilot is the key character of the apparatus, that which directs the technical operations, that which follows the evolution of Moya. Because the apparatus which he controls, with its tentacular arms, is an organic vessel, which has feelings, which can suffer. The pilot is at the same time the representation of the organic part while being autonomous, which make of him at the same time, the mechanic, the guard, and the partner of the vessel.

Captain Bailar Crais

Simple continuing escaped prisoners, the Crais captain will become their worst enemy, following the accidental death of his brother. Decided and intransigent, he wants to find costs that costs the renegades and the man who killed his brother, John Crichton. Chiana
